Whitsunday Adventurer is a modern and comfortable purpose-built charter yacht launched in 2010. Adventurer is most popular with guests who are seeking a relaxed, family friendly, small group adventure. The catamaran offers comfortable sailing and a spacious interior and a range of deck space. There is plenty of time and flexibility at each stop. Featuring stand up paddle boards and even a heated spa on the foredeck, there is something for everyone on this tour.

Below is a sample itinerary:
Depart the Coral Sea Marina | Resort (formerly the Abell Point Marina) at 3.00pm. leave your worries behind as you sail to the first anchorage for your first swim and snorkel over the beautiful fringing coral reefs. Enjoy sunset nibbles and a drink before dinner.
Wake up to a stunning island view, enjoy breakfast as you head to Tongue Bay for a guided walk through National Park land to Hill Inlet Lookout. Take in the stunning views of the 7km long stretch that is Whitehaven Beach at the top. Then walk down to the beach and experience the silica sand for yourself. Back on board enjoy morning tea before heading north along the western side of Hook Island. Find anchorage in another secluded bay and enjoy lunch. Then time for another snorkel; meet the underwater life, try and find Nemo, maybe even bump into a turtle. Then be taken to your overnight anchorage in one of the many bays on Hook Island. Enjoy sunset snacks and a drink and talk about the day with your new friends before dinner. As your crew take care of the bed configuration
After a hearty breakfast, enjoy one last swim or snorkel. Then set sails and make way back to Airlie Beach, arriving at 1:00pm.

All meals and snacks are included for the duration of your trip. Our crew freshly prepares each meal for you to enjoy using locally sourced, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Usually served buffet style; you can choose to eat anywhere on board. Meals are a great communal time to get to know your fellow travelers.
Typical menu includes continental style breakfasts, a filling lunch made up of build-your-own rolls and two different salads plus accompaniments. Two delicious and hearty dinners, usually home-cooked style meals with salads and side dishes. There will be snacks and afternoon nibbles, and tea and coffee available throughout the trip.

  • Whitsunday Adventurer is an active sailing vessel our crew will be involved in sailing and operational activities. Parents will need to remain responsible for their child’s behaviour whilst on tour.
  • No transfers included. Crew will meet the guests 60 minutes prior to departure at Coral Sea Marina, meeting point C.
  • Guests are required to reconfirm their booking with Explore Whitsundays no later than 72 hours before the tour departure time. This is done by phoning (+61) 07 4967 7555.
  • Closer to the departure of your tour, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your waiver. We require each guest to fill this out no later than 48 hours before the tour departure time.
  • Dietary requirements Vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, dairy/lactose-free – will incur a $15.00 surcharge payable on check-in. Please note, that we are unable to accommodate Halal and Kosher requirements.

  • There are no luggage storing facilities on any of our vessels nor at the marina. Guests are asked to pre-arrange luggage storage for the duration of their trip.
  • Guests are kindly asked to pack lightly for their trip, in a soft-sided zipless bag.
Day 1

Meet your crew at Coral Sea Marina 30 minutes before departure for a headcount. Adventurer departs at 3:00 pm. Sail to your first stop, Nara Inlet on Hook Island. In time to watch the sunset over the islands.

Day 2

After breakfast, sail to Hill Inlet, for a walk up to the lookout. Visit Whitehaven Beach for a swim, paddleboard or spend time relaxing, then mid-afternoon sail to Border Island for an amazing Whitsunday Sunset. Time for a relaxing heated spa on the foredeck. Overnight anchorage at Stonehaven.

Day 3

After breakfast, time to go for a paddle or snorkel on the island coral reefs teeming with fish and beautiful corals. After morning tea it’s time to leave the islands sailing across the Whitsunday Passage back to the marina in Airlie Beach.

Fraser Island tours are the most comprehensive access to this stunning region. This Fraser Island 4WD adventure allows a self-driven adventure to experience the stunning lakes, creeks and rainforests that make up this wonderful island! At night, retreat to your own private campsite just meters from the beach for drinks and tales by the fire with your fellow adventurers!
**ALL TRAVELLERS SHOULD ATTEND 7AM SAFETY BRIEFING THE MORNING OF THE TOUR. YOU MUST CHECK IN FOR YOUR FRASER TRIP AT FREEDOM RAINBOW BEACH RECEPTION BEFORE YOU ATTEND YOUR 7AM SAFETY BRIEFING THE MORNING OF THE TOUR.
